George Romanoff started to work in the EU institutions after his studies in Oxford. First at the European Parliament, then as assistant to Loyola de Palacio, former European Commissioner for Transport and Energy and finally at the European Commission's Directorate-General for Atomic Energy and Security.
After these positions his career continued in the private sector as president of Norilsk Nickel Europe; and chief executive of Metal Trade Overseas, the main sales hub for Norilsk Nickel. With all those experiences and his knowledge decided to create this firm.

General Representative of Romanoff & Partners in Russia
During the last 15 years he was the Director of the Federal Road Information Center, a State Enterprise under the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, also adviser, on a voluntary basis, to the Federation Council and State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. Under his leadership a unique Encyclopedia for the Road Specialists in nine tomes has been published and he has also been involved in other projects for publications in various other issues.
